A whole-body routine for a free-flowing golf swing

Your golf swing may cause a lot of problems if you don't practice it out on a regular basis and in doing that, you need to learn some whole body exercises to free up your swing. Two areas that should be improved by the end of this exercise is mobility and strength, and it requires the use of a resistance band. By the time you learn this simple exercise, you'll notice that your golf swing has improved as well as you've reduced the chances of getting in injury.
