Fitness in Golf: Want to hit longer shots? Try the baseball swing exercise

Playing golf is a lot like playing baseball; it takes a lot of swings, so why not use some baseball fundamentals to add some distance to your shots. Fitness instructor Averee Dovsek gives us her own drill on how to utilize baseball swings into hitting longer shots. Aside from longer shots, this particular fitness drill also helps you improve your body rotation and makes a great warm-up routing before taking that shot.
