Once again, fitness instructor Averee Dovsek is here to demonstrate how to do exercise drills (planking) to get better scores in golf. Some may say it's a bit weird to do planking as a normal exercise in golf, but it greatly helps your core and execute better shots. It's a simple exercise drill which everyone might know; just simply lying face down wherein your palm/hands is on the side of your body while your toes are pointed on the ground. Easy drill but a better ally in enhancing your body's strength.
