After the opening round of the QBE Shootout in Tiburon Golf Club, three teams are tied for the lead after posting 6-under 66 via alternate shot to reach 19 under. These teams are composed of Patton Kizzire/Brian Harman and Graeme McDowell/Emiliano Grillo while the other is Gary Woodland/Charley Hoffman which posted 8-under 64 just enough to also reach 19 under. All these 3 teams are grinding out as they're headed into the 2nd round, while the pair of Bryson DeChambeau and Kevin Na are just trailing behind.
