After nearly blowing a big lead, Norman Xiong held on to win the 115th Western Amateur title which happened on Skokie Country Club in Illinois. He saw his big lead of 4-up in 9 holes and 3-up in 4 holes went through dust but still managed squeeze out with a win and a title.
