Stretching exercises to prevent injury the freezing weather

The holiday season is almost over but the cold weather isn't, so there's a high chance that our bones may become stiff during this weather. One way of avoiding this and a possible injury is by doing some fitness exercise; as it will make you sweat and keep your heart doing its work. The term ‘dynamic' is important in this exercise as it will take a number of routines to achieve better movements and reduce the possibility of hurting your body.
