After leading the rookie ranks, South Korean golfer Jin Young Ko has been awarded the 2018 LPGA Rookie of the Year edging fellow rookie Georgia Hall. A professional since 2013, Ko became a part of the LPGA family after she won the KEB-Hana Bank Championship which was co-sanctioned with LPGA of Korea, wherein she won by 2 shots over Park Sung-Hyun. Ko is about to receive the award at the 2018 Rolex LPGA Awards this November in Florida.
