Fitness in Golf: Squats and dumbbells

A full body fitness workout isn't complete without the infamous routine called squats. It generally strengthens the vital areas of our body including hamstrings, legs, knees and quadriceps. Now if you add dumbbells, it will even provide you with better results as it also strengthens your shoulders, triceps and arms. Fitness instructor Averee Dovsek is happy to share with us how she does the overhead dumbbell press with squats for game improvement.
