Your body and golf swing in sync

The golf swing is one important aspect of golf and perfectly using it together with your body will make your game level up a notch. Poor posture is one common error that golfers, pros included, and there are 2 positions that can poorly define your posture: the ‘C' posture and the ‘cat-cow' pose.
