A strong core needs some extreme routine

A stronger abdominal area not only allows for a faster swing, but it also adds a significant amount of stability throughout your action. One thing is very great with regards to core strength and that is by making sure your shoulders, hips and feet are all in a straight line. Fitness instructor Averee Dovsek is here to teach us a drill that will help us building core strength and she describes it as ‘threading the needle'.
