Danielle Kang set to return at 2022 CP Women’s Open

After being diagnosed with a tumor on her spine, Danielle Kang plans to return in competitive golf at the upcoming CP Women's Open in Ottawa, Canada. She announced this via social media and the 6-time LPGA winner is confident and good to go. Her diagnosis came last June at the 77th U.S. Women’s Open, after making the cut but didn't play since then. Kang was already enduring the back pain for months before finding out about the tumor in April after withdrawing from the Palos Verdes Championship.
