In order to play better golf, nutrition is always important as your skills and health should be in sync while on the course. Eating the right food is essential and there are some that you shouldn't eat, and that's to get your body equipped for a stretch of 18 holes (or even more). Primarily, some say you shouldn't take chicken but on the contrary, it's OK to have chicken.
