Testing your golf swing in 2 ways

There are a few tests on how to see if your golf swing is on the right path but according to top teacher Jon Tattersall, it involves only 2 specific tests. First is to see if you can touch your toes because it will let you determine your lower body flexibility. And if you can't do this, try to set yourself up in an athletic position and maintain that hip hinge upon swinging. The second is by testing your ankle mobility because if you're able to shift your knee forward on a lunge position, then you'll have better leverage on generating more power to that swing.
